Private military contractors often work in austere and hazardous locations. The need for medical access is paramount to mission success, team health, morale and budgetary constraint. Adventure Doc provides experienced, specialized health care providers ranging from pre-hospital/paramedic personnel to American Board Certified Physicians. Upon request we also can provide Australian or EU certified doctors.
All of our health care providers selected for these duties have been specially trained in Tactical EMS (TEMS), Remote emergency care, occupational health, tropical medicine and international health/repatriation in addition to their standard medical qualifications.
Staffing your clinic with Adventure Doc providers helps decrease costly and time consuming evacuations, ensures prompt telemedicine consults with other providers and offers a higher level of care than other health professionals.
Field Medical providers also frequently serve as public health experts evaluating matters of team safety, hygiene and procedure. Adventure Doc providers are specially trained to perform such duties as required by OSHA, water and food sanitation, water purification and education of team members. All of our providers are pre-screened for security clearance eligibility.
